A wonderful, healthy recipe, not boring at all, very tasty!

Materials
2 chicken breasts
3 large eggs lightly beaten
2 cups of breadcrumbs
2 tbsp light or medium mustard
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp honey
Salt Pepper
Implementation
Heat the oven to 200 degrees. Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Cut it into thin oblong pieces.
Put the eggs in a bowl and beat them lightly. Put the breadcrumbs in another bowl. Dip the chicken pieces
first in the beaten eggs and then in the breadcrumbs.
Put non-stick paper on a baking tray and either spray it with margarine or brush the paper with oil.
Bake the chicken portions for 10-15 minutes until they begin to take on a golden color.
In a bowl, add the honey, mustard and paprika, mix the 3 ingredients and after removing the chicken pieces, pour the sweet, spicy sauce evenly over them.
