Ingredients for 9 servings
1/2 cup (70 g) Herbalife Coffee Macchiato or any caramel flavored coffee
About 6 half-ripe bananas
1 cup peanut butter crunch
1/4 cup cocoa
Implementation
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. In a large bowl, mix the bananas and peanut butter.
Beat well until it becomes a perfect mixture. Add the coffee and cocoa preferably with a wooden spoon.
Place the mixture in a buttered thin pan and bake it for about 25 minutes.
Let the dough cool for about 15 minutes before cutting it into pieces… and the coffee brownies are ready!
They keep in the fridge for 3 days.
