Materials
1 fl. Flour
1 fl. oats
3/4 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 fl. soft margarine
1 large egg
1 vanilla
1/2 fl. Brown sugar
1/2 fl. white sugar
1/2 fl. dark chocolate flakes
Implementation
Προθερμαινουμε το φούρνο στους 200 βαθμούς.Σε ένα μεγάλο μπωλ αναμειγνύουμε το αλεύρι, την βρώμη, το baking powder, τη σοδα, και το αλάτι.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. In a large bowl, mix the flour, oats, baking powder, soda, and salt.
Beat the margarine, egg, vanilla and sugar (brown and white) with the mixer. After the mixture becomes fluffy, pour the ingredients of the bowl with the flour and the rest of the ingredients and mix them with a spoon. At the end, add the chocolate flakes. Line a shallow pan with non-stick paper and scoop generous portions of the mixture with a spoon. Bake them for 8-12 minutes, until the edges of our cookies start to turn golden. Let them cool for a few minutes before enjoying.
