Materials
3 tbsp butter
2 large pieces of salmon
200 gr. asparagus
1/4 tbsp. salt
some pepper
1/3 fl. mayonnaise (vegetable is also available)
2 tbsp chopped green onions
2 tbsp chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. lemon zest
1 tbsp lemon juice
How do we make it?
Put the butter in a saucepan over medium heat to melt. Place the salmon and asparagus on a baking tray lined with non-stick baking paper and pour the butter over them. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon can be pierced with a fork and the asparagus is tender.
In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, onion, parsley, lemon zest and lemon juice and pour over the salmon and asparagus.
